The creative food partnership of chefs Jovanny Diaz and Margarita Paredon — who developed an outstanding reputation for inspired Mexican cuisine at their first restaurant, Guanajuato, located in Glencoe — has teamed up again to bring their deep love for the authentic flavors of Mexico’s famed street vendors here to the heart of Chicago’s northwest suburbs.
